How to Access Secure Email

  1. To open the email, click on the message.html.
  2. Select Use a one-time passcode. You will be redirected to the secure email portal.
  3. You will receive an email with a passcode from 365@messaging.microsoft.com. Open the email.
  4. Once you have the passcode, go back to the message.html and enter the passcode into the appropriate field.
  5. Click Continue to open the email. Please note: the passcode will expire in 15 minutes.
  6. You can now view the secure email.
